There shouldn't even be a question or comparison on the two. Whitefish always comes with a strong crew.
The Tribe on the other hand is always picking up singers on the trail to help 'em out. Yeah, they can put a good recording together. But who couldn't?? What counts to me is, do they sound like their recording around the trail and in singing contests?? Answer: Nope.
Just my opinion.
I have great respect for both groups and their singers.

ON ANY GIVEN DAY IF THE TWO GROUPSHAVE FULL CREW, THA TRIVE TAKE IT HANDS DOWN, THEY ARE LOUDER, FULLER AND THE SONGS ARE WAY COOLER, THOSE TUNES MAKE U JUSS WANNA DANCE REAL HARD.

BUT IF YOU HAD SAY WHITEFISH JRS. vs BLACKLODGE, - WHITEFISH JRS. LOL

Tha Tribe compared to a basketball team, hmmm,,, whitefish jrs, an NBA team. Well it is hard to deny the fact that both these drum groups are world class singerz!!!! there on the same playing field.

When it comes to top drum groups its just an individuals choice or who wanted it more on any given day, personally northern cree is at the top of my drum lists. But when it comes to an individuals choice, the woman are gonna pick whitefish juniors cause of Harvey's voice and leads,(which has gotten shaky) and well its true, when u think of whitefish jrs. first thing that comes to mind is Harvey's lead and voice.

But if I was going to buy an album at a powwow new onezz, id pick up THA TRIBE over whitefish Juniors, any day, xcept for maybe roundance.

4 reals?? LOL At least make the comparison comparable. Harvey is the smoothest singer out there. He doesn't do all the leading because he has to.......(he got Jerry,Gitchie) he busts all the leads because he's that bad. He's been sounding the same for years, if not better now.

Homie tha tribe all the way im live in missouri and i seen them play alot and ive danced in grass dance exipitions that they played the drum at and they are good how ever the otha group gets they props lol. :)

but thats why i put theze 2 groupiez on this pole iz cuz their 2 distinctive stylez from each other. ole school contemp. vs. new contemp. i remember readin' a couple o' yearz ago tho that at skydome P/W whitefish beat out tha tribe.

I think its a close call between Tha Tribe and WF JRZ...
Wayne & the boys Are always jammin NEW songs almost every weekend...They gots there own style...Just because there "always" 'picking up' diff guys for recordings doesnt make em any less of a good group...MOST of the guys he 'picks up' sing with them and cant always be at EVERY pow-wow to have ONE steady crew...
Harvey has a voice no other can compare to and makes WF JRZ sound good,but they need some new songs to jam...
Both crew's are tight though...Both are a personal fav!
