Bombing range cleanup promised
Rapid City, South Dakota (AP)
Officials from the Oglala Sioux Tribe and Ellsworth Air Force Base have signed a plan to finish cleanup of 2,486 acres of the Badlands Bombing Range. The plan eventually will return the property to its original owners, including the tribe and tribal members. |
