Suit by shunned Mass. tribe members dismissed
Barnstable, Massachussetts (AP)
A superior court judge has dismissed a suit by two members of the Mashpee Wampanoag who’ve been shunned by the tribe. Amelia Bingham and her son, Steven, claimed the shunning violated their civil rights. |
