Miccosukee Tribe sues over Everglades restoration
Miami, Florida (AP)
The Miccosukee Tribe has sued the federal government over an integral part of Everglades restoration. The tribe claims the government failed to consider alternatives to a plan that would allow more water to flow into the Everglades ecosystem. The complaint was filed in Miami federal court. |
