Coroners want standard rules for unmarked remains
Cheyenne, Wyoming (AP)
Coroners around the state say they support proposed legislation outlining the steps to be followed whenever human remains turn up in an unmarked grave – something that’s happening more often with increased energy development and construction. The bill would spell out how officials should protect remains regardless of whether they are found on federal, state or private land. |
