Oregon man accused of looting artifacts
Portland, Oregon (AP)
The owner of a secondhand store in Lakeview near the California border has been indicted on conspiracy charges in a federal investigation into looting of archaeological sites. The three-count indictment was issued by a federal grand jury May 15 in Eugene against 65-year-old Phillip Fields of Bly. |
