Pine Ridge tribal police cleared in car crash death
Rapid City, South Dakota (AP)
A federal judge has cleared tribal police in the chase of a man who crashed his car on the Pine Ridge Reservation and later died. Nathan Dreamer, 36, was being pursued on Jan. 7, 2002, after police received a report that he’d threatened someone with a knife. |
