Ethete woman gets 19 years in infant’s death
Cheyenne, Wyoming (AP)
A federal judge has sentenced an Ethete woman to 19 years in prison for the murder of a 22-month-old boy. Lila Kay Goggles, 48, was sentenced by Chief Federal District Judge William Downes on May 1. She originally had been charged with first-degree murder in the death of Tyraine Wanstall, but pleaded guilty to second-degree murder. |
