Former lawmaker indicted

Oklahoma City, Oklahoma (AP) A federal grand jury in Muskogee on May 1 indicted a former state lawmaker on seven felony counts accusing him of taking bribes in exchange for helping steer legislative funds to a southeast Oklahoma businessman. Former Nashoba Democrat Randall Erwin, 56, was charged with one count of conspiracy, three counts of mail fraud and three counts of money laundering. |
