Hog farm injunction sought
Pierre, South Dakota (AP)
A group known as Yankton Sioux Tribe Head Start Concerned Parents has gone to federal court to get a judge to stop construction of a large-scale hog farm west of Wagner. Frances Zephier, Robin Bair and Rachel Bernie filed a request for an injunction in U.S. District Court in Sioux Falls on April 23. |
