Sexual contact trial scheduled
Rapid City, South Dakota (AP)
A civil lawsuit against an Indian Health Services doctor who was practicing at Pine Ridge in 2004 has been set for trial after a half-dozen delays. Tamara Star Comes Out, who’s also known as Tamara Starr, alleges sexual contact by Mohammad Ahsan during treatment for abdominal pain. |
