Shoshone woman devotes her life to preserving native language

Fort Washakie, Wyoming (AP) Although she spoke Shoshone until the age of 6, it has taken years for Reba Teran, now 50, to feel fluent again. Now that she does, she will teach an introductory Eastern Shoshone language course at the University of Wyoming beginning this fall. |
