Meskwaki tribe approves alcohol sales at casino
Tama, Iowa (AP)
The Meskwaki tribe has approved a proposal to sell alcohol at its Meskwaki Bingo-Casino-Hotel. Alcohol has not been sold on the settlement since the tribe’s ancestors settled near Tama in 1857. The casino was the only one in Iowa not to sell alcohol. |
