Testimony to resume in smoke shop raid trial
Providence, Rhode Island (AP)
Testimony resumed in the trial of seven Narragansett arrested during a 2003 state police raid on a tribal smoke shop. Defense lawyers began calling witnesses during late March after an unsuccessful attempt to get all charges dropped midway through the trial. The trial continues during the last week of March in Providence Superior Court. |
