Former tribal councilman sentenced for assault
Minot, North Dakota (AP)
A former Turtle Mountain tribal councilman has been sentenced to three years and four months in prison for assaulting the tribe’s personnel director. Douglas Delorme, 38, of Belcourt, also was ordered to pay about $4,000, mainly for medical expenses, the U.S. attorney’s office said. |
