Tribe member sentenced in death stemming from beer brawl Bookmark and Share
Macy, Nebraska (AP)

A member of the Omaha tribe has been sentenced to more than five years in prison in the alcohol-fueled murder of his cousin.

U.S. District Judge Joseph F. Bataillon sentenced 27-year-old Charles Parker of Macy to 63 months in prison for involuntary manslaughter. Parker had pleaded guilty to killing Nicholas White Eagle Parker in November.
