Sequoyah Softball Player earns All-State title
Tahlequah, Oklahoma (ICC)
A Sequoyah Schools senior has been named as the school’s first All-State fast-pitch softball player. Lorin Hammer, third baseman for the Sequoyah softball team, received notification that she qualified for the All-State title and all of the rewards that go along with it. “Lorin just got better and better each year,” said Jeff Turtle, Sequoyah softball coach. “She became a leader both on and off the field and did things right.” Lorin’s efforts helped lead her team to a 36 win and 7 loss season that ended in the last round of regional play. |
