Native corporations total $6 billion in revenues

Anchorage, Alaska (AP) Alaska’s largest Native corporations showed major gains in revenues and profits in 2005, the most recent year for which collective financial data has been compiled by the ANCSA Regional Corporation Presidents and CEOs, an association of chief executives of the Native regional corporations. Information from 13 Native regional corporations – which include the 12 based in Alaska and one based in Washington state – as well as three of the largest village corporations, were included in the latest report, released at the Anchorage Chamber of Commerce’s November luncheon. |
