Native Music Source - Native American music radio and shop

Can anyone recommend any website for this? Are there any in existance, you know the real stuff? Not any cheap knock off of wolves howling with flute music and such but something more original like a cool pow wow song from a well known drum group?

All you got to do is record it on your phone and apply as a ringtone. Some phones have that feature and some don't.

As far as websites, don't know cuz I already got the tunes to record. Sorry.

yea thats what most ppl do ..

and i get songs that are "freshly" made recorded on my phone by 'certain' lead singers/song makers (they record em on there so tha other singers can learn em - dont know why everyone insists on usin my phone .. lol) .. so i just use those. ppl are like .. "dang i never heard that one before .." thats cuz its hasnt been officially sang at a pow wow/round dance yet!!

Oh okay, but figures! I don't have that kind of cell phone, that does a recording. Bummer. But I will keep that in mind when I buy my next phone, my current one is getting pretty rugged anyways. Time to upgrade!

You can make an mp3 file on your computer from any CD song then email the mp3 to your cell phone email account. Save the mp3 as a ring tone after it hits your cell phone. Then load the file as your ring tone.

I do custom ring tones for a lot of people. That's how I do it and it works every time if your phone accepts email.

Since we're getting all technical here...

Does anybody know how to make a voice record on a razrv3 into a ringtone. I'm smart enough to record a song, but not smart enough to make it into a ringtone!LOL

i work @ a telecommunications company. the first thing we ask is: do u still have your phone manual? lol believe it or not it will show u how to make a voice recording. if your phone is a moto- rzr u should have a voice record button on the outside of the phone. u MAY also have a little chip like a memory card for a digital camera. u have to a split a song down to 30 sec save it from your pc to yourphone. (stick the mem card into the p/c then take it out and put it back in the phone) then save it to your phone. that's how i do it. but i did to blues tunes.

Thanks bgb! Good to see ya post. I got a razr with an AT&T sim card so i can't go online. However...I do have a brand new free razr that i'm getting ready to activate. I'll prolly activate it this w/e. Thanks for your help.


BTW I just started working for Verizon installing fiber optics to the home. Seems like it's gonna be pretty goot!

I googled 'How to download ringtones on razrv3' and it came up with Mobiledia forums. Then look under Motorola phones.

I don't know how to copy and paste another site on here.

Wow! Im two years late; but its still worth sharing!

Much like others on this thread. I used to have a phone that would allow me to use a recording. But the phone I have now; wont. I think the cell phone companies figured they were loosing $$.

Any-who; here's a site that Ive found. They offer free downloads, but the Native American downloads are 2.99 (which really isnt too bad)

I just put "Native American" in the search and a couple of searches came up!
