Loving others is a good thing. Not seeing the color of ones skin is a good thing. God is called by many names but He is the ONE God. THIS is the reason that some people talk about those that worship Buddah and Mohammed and don't believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God will not be saved. YES, God loves ALL peoples, regardless of race. He created ALL races, but as you read the Gospels you will find over and over that Jesus Himself says that the ONLY way to salvation is to believe in HIM.

Billy, do not be upset by Joe's words. From my point of view what he has said was that we should be coming together as one...not separating from each other. His phrasing was a little unfortunate in that he appeared to you to denegrate NA's, but his meaning I belive was one of equality. He said QUOTE

What I think he meant was that many cultures needed the help of Christ, including the NA's, to set them straight. That there should be no saying one culture is better than another, when all have strayed from the path and need the Word of God and Christ to regain their righteousness in the eyes of the Creator.

Joe, R.E. is a NA and so are many on these forums. The NA cultures are much closer to the earth and spirit than many cultures we live in today. As such there will be many posts using their culture as an example of how things should be done. That is natural. It doesnt mean that if you arent NA then you are less worthy or that you do things wrong or your belifs are false. It is just not the way that many here have been taught or lived.

And as R.E. has said before there are some who dont seem to be learning the lessons. This is a problem, but there is no point in getting angry. Each makes their own choice, walks their own road. You cannot choose it for them or walk it in their stead.

Remember, dont judge another harshly unless you are willing to be judged in return. If another does you wrong, be prepared to not only forgive, but to help him as well. Love is the way, not anger, not indignation, not self righteousness.

Oh he's definitly a new age fraud who knows exactly what to say to the spiritually hungry. The thing is though, if these people's feet were on the ground they would realize how ridiculous this guy sounds and realize he's full of lies and contradictions about himself LOL... he used to say he was lakota and blackfoot and now he's saying he's a cherokee heyoka.....

We had a huge discussion on him sometime back and he used to have a guestbook that many of us signed our opinions on before he removed it and then put it back, removed it then put it back and hid it LOL!! He used to ask for "donations" and tobacco (preferably pall mall filterless) for his "readings".
