Question is.. how old is this recipe? People keep forgetting it was'nt illegal to own, kill, whatever eagles until the sixties.... I'm sure there were folks who ate as well. I'm not saying it's right, but it happened I'm sure.

I remember being told that people up north would eat eagles - because there wasn't anything else - hunger will make you do what you gotta do I guess.

Still makes me gag thinking about it though!

Well it is bird.. I'm sure it just tastes like birds do. It's just odd to think of eating animals that prey on other animals huh?

That's hilarious, I use this recipe website to find information all the time, and never saw that one! Bet you the meat is tough though.
