U.S. District Judge Donovan Frank said the FBI's delays are "inexcusable" and "will not be tolerated again by this court," the Associated Press reported. But he refused to adjust a timeline that requires the agency to turn over all of the documents by December 1. Peltier wants access to 90,000 pages of documents that he says were withheld from him during the trial that resulted in his conviction for the murders of two FBI agents on the Pine Ridge Reservation in June 1975.
