Cuch said he's used to being the first. He holds an economics degree from Westminster College and a master's in public administration from the University of Utah. "I'm always the only Indian in class," he tells The Salt Lake Tribune. Cuch, the son of Utah Indian Affairs Director Forrest Cuch, plans to focus on Indian law.
