But Darlene Jacobs says she has done nothing wrong. Jacobs has filed a petition with the Lumbee Supreme Court . She says she has been wrongfully terminated by chairman Jimmy Goins, who acted after the Department of Housing and Urban Development said it found possible misuse of federal funds.
