My Aunt Vedora Richardson Passed

I wanted to let my family here know of my Aunt Dora Richardson's passing. Aunt Dora was a homebody and came to pow-wows when they were at home, but the support and love she gave to all of us was totally unconditional.

She passed on November 11, 2006, and pulled my daughter and I away from the Richmond pow-wow to come to Hollister to be with the family.

I will miss her very much - I ask that you keep our family in your prayers. Dora was always so cheerful and smiling, and even when her cancer was detected earlier this year, she never complained - all during her radiation and chemo - she had so much faith that it was all going to be alright - and I guess it is - she is no longer suffering.

Rest in peace Dora. I will always love you.

I'm so sorry for your loss. She sounds like a wonderful person with a character we should all aspire to.
