Remembering out "Beloved Dad, Grandpa & Friend"

Memorial Feed & Giveaway

Saturday February 25, 2006 at Fort Totten Recreation Center, Fort Totten, North Dakota

Remember Me!
Remember me when flowers bloom
Early in the spring
Remember me on sunny days
In the fun that summer brings

Remember me in the fall
As you walk through the leaves of gold
And in the Wintertime - remember me
In the stories that are told

But most of all remember
Each day - right from the start
I will be forever near
For I live within your heart.

Special thanks to all who have helped us during our time of grief and sorrow.

Let us now celebrate a new beginning and journey as our dad would have wanted us to.

Our prayers and friendship with our family and relatives, will give us this strength, as we travel this road relying on our inner strength to guide us in our daily ventures.

Sorry to hear about your loss. My dad has been gone since 03/31/2004 and my mom has been gone since 11/27/1983, and the emptiness leaves!!!!!!!

Missing Dad

Allen Arthur Alberts Sr.
March 1, 1945 - February 16, 2005
May you Rest In Peace Dad
Vietnam Veteran - Navy

This February 16, 2007 will be 2 years since the passing of my father, Allen.
Each and every day our father is loved and missed dearly. He is always is our hearts.
Thank you dad for all you have done during the Vietnam Era and the many years after.

Never To Be Forgot

Many men have died for us
so we could live in peace.
We honor you on this day
as our pride will never cease.

You served your country proud
and brought pride to us all.
I thank God for every one
who answered their last call.

For some you may be gone now
but you'll never be forgotten.
As you lie there in the ground
under that flag of woven cotton.

From the beginning of our country
to the last war we just fought.
Your duty and your honor
will never have been for naught.

For those of us still here
and remember you this day.
If it wasn't for you all
there would be no USA.
