diabetic complications
all you's that are afflicted with this, please get educated how to take care of it!
its easy to do, take your medication carefully, watch the diet, exercise, ........... its not just our people that suffer with it, we have many good resources for native americans with diabetes. I think the family is still pretty much grieving, it will be for a while. Our lives go on, good health is such a gift! Sobriety, five senses, sanity! We were wanting to maybe have some sort of memorial princess something? to help memorialize Karen. She was pretty cool! Take care of your families, is our best advice, and your own health! See a doctor, if you don't feel well. Bring a loved one for help, if they need it! Get educated about all kinds of things to keep you healthy and active. Thanks!
