Miss Indian America 1977
It saddens me to inform everyone that Gracie Ann Welsh Miss Indian America 1977 passed away October 23,2004. Even though crowning someone new, she still remained loyal to her heritage and attending Pow Wow's with later competing in All Indian Rodeo's.
I grew up with her in Parker, Arizona and loved her as a sister.....until we meet again Grace......I love you Dawn |

I was happy to see her during the Prescott powwow, some years back. I know that she settled there where her Yavapai grandmother was originally from and owned a smoke shop. Gracie was beautiful both inside and out. God bless Gracie and her family.
