Viet Nam Vet Passes
On June 3, 2004 Dennis Corey passed away in Stockton, California. He served as a US Army Medic in Viet Nam and was decorated for saving many men under fire and for wounds he received in that war (yes it was a war), with the Purple Heart, Bronze Star, and Silver Star.
Dennis gave generously to others, cared for people by working in health professions, and was a fearless warrior all his life, right to the end. He was a loving father, son, brother, grandfather, uncle and husband and is missed by his family and friends. He supported Three Rivers Indian Lodge in Manteca, California and encouraged the good work they do. He was honored at their July 2002 Veterans Pow Wow. We know he is happy in the Spirit World, free of pain and suffering at last. Happy Trails to our warrior Dennis!
