October is National Domestic Violence Awareness Month, and for that reason, I remember, with much love, two female friends.........Patsy and Lorraine, both of who died as a result of domestic violence......both who are long buried and yet, no one has ever been punished for their deaths.........both whose children are now grown, but still having major problems due to the loss they suffered..............it is a vicious cycle, you know,.......creeping in to hurt families from one generation to the next....................in honor of both of my friends who died needlessly and are nearly forgotten in a cold grave, I rededicate myself this year to the cause of finding a way to break the cycle and end the violence..........peace be with you all............
