Hi there,
I have an almost 4 year old that wants an old style northern bustle. He has chosen pheasant feathers, some Red Tail Hawk, and wants white leather dots with horsehair tassels and yellow fluff feathers on the ends of the long tail feathers. Can you tell me if pheasant is ok? His drop is black with yellow ribbon and hailstones (this is where he wants the hawk feathers). He has been in traditional regalia since before he could walk. I am not sure how to attach the bustle; I am aiming for a 6-10 in diameter. He has chosen the center piece. Any information you can give me would be great, I do not want to use a kit.
