The Last Child Support Check

Today my baby girl's 18th birthday. I be so glad that this be my last child support payment. Month after month, year after year, all those damn payments!

So I call my baby girl, LaKeesha, to come to my house, and when she get here, I say, "Baby girl, I want you to take this check over to yo momma house and tell her this be the last check she ever be gettin' from me, and I want you to come back and tell me the 'spression on yo mama's face."

So my baby girl she take the check over to her. I be anxious to hear what she say and what she look like.

Baby girl walk through the door, I say, "Now what yo momma say 'bout that?"

She say to tell you that "you ain't my daddy" .... and watch the 'spressio on yo face.

I'm glad this turned out to be a joke...because I was going to say SHAME ON YOU!!

Since I'm already 'here', I'll go ahead and remind any of you guys...it is called CHILD SUPPORT for a reason. So gloating over the last payment you hand over to your ex old lady, the bit*h or whatever you want to call her is crass and only makes you (not you Techno) look less of a man. It's more about planting the seed (yep, that's what you did--again,not you Techno, just in general); and taking responsibility for its wellbeing///your flesh and blood that you should WANT to raise up right///than it is about being forced to give up something to you son or daughter's mother. Sorry, but I get tired of hearing grown men complain about their child support. If they are having financial trouble--they should go talk to the DA! If they think the ex is scamming or guilty of misuse of child support--they should go talk to the DA! Quit with the passive aggressive bull**** of complaining behind the scene or saying 'everybody's pickin' on me! Sheesh!

bein a military member, mix-blood too... and raising my daughter, I'm dealin with a dead beat momma that can't even support her daughter... just remember it isn't always the "daddy" that's the deadbeat.

I didn't know this was a joke either, and was gonna say, CONGRATS and GOOD FOR YOU making volunteer payments up until their 18th bday.

My exhusband had his incometax taken for several years. Of course he didn't want to send the money, cuz his kids wouldn't have gotten it anyway. Not because the mother (his ex-wife - not me

) was a drunk and druggie, but because she was getting assistance from the state and everything he paid went straight into the state welfare system.

My step granddaughter has a deadbeat mom, who just moved back and I'm sure is gonna raise all kinds of caine now.

PFP, I would never do anything like this. In this soreal story, it is the man who gets the shaft. Just like 2Owls sez, it could be a deadbeat mom too.
