Hello everyone! :)
My name is Cathy, i am 16 years old and i live in california...I am goning to soon be switching from no. cloth to jingle dres...I am a little lost on how to do things the right way...I asked an elder that dances the style how i should go about the switch...She told me i could have a coming out again or have something a little more private and just have someone bless my dress...is that right? do i need to ask permission from anyone? Can someone plz help me?? :)
