Jingle Dress Plumes

My neice, who will be turning 13 in April - is a newly Jingle dress dancer - she really likes to do this dance - so her mom and I have been working on putting her outfit together, little by little - and we don't have plumes for her head - can any of you give me ideas of how we can make plumes for her barrett that goes in the back of her head - any suggestions would help - thank you

If you have your plumes already. This is what you do. Get a piece of hanger and bend it into a "U" shape. Get your plumes and fix their direction and how you want them to show. You can use two or more plumes for each end of the "U" shape hangar. Use thread and white electrical tape to keep them attached to the hanger then use crazy glue. That's it, there you have it, now just clip a barrett and you're off and running. Remember to be generous with the wrapping of the plumes, use a good amount of thread, tape and glue.

If you want to buy plumes, handsdown walela49 is amazing. She always has stuff listed in the trading post but she takes custom orders. She's really reasonably priced too.

miss_mohawk is an unknown quantity at this point
How would you use the crazy glue I've always wondered. My cousin just uses thread and tape and it works out pretty good.

The crazy glue is to fill in any miniscule pockets of airspace.
