(Hello Ladies)

For a lot of us, bringing in the New Year means making rez-olutions to become better individuals in one small way or another. We resolve to quit smoking, stop swearing, cut out the sugar, and try AGAIN to become frybread-n-boloney free. *lol*

Eating right and moving – can curb the devastating effects of diabetes and obesity which exist among our people and our communities. Make our families and people aware of the dangers of drugs, alcohol, junk food and an inactive lifestyle. Dance for the ones who cannot ! Or dance just because you love to. Look to your elders for that spiritual guidance that is much needed in order to live a straight line of physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health. We call that-----------Balance.

May the Creator bless all of you and your families during this New Year 2008.

Anyone make New Year Rez-olutions?

Quitting smoking? Have more lung to make it around the dance area?

Dieting? Need to lose a few to fit in that dress? Or so the leggings zip up easier?

I try not to make resolutions that I know I won't keep.

So I made this one: To be a better person than I was last year.

I resolve to continue to a better person, be a better dad, and be a better husband. I try hard every day to do the right thing, I don't always succeed. Sometimes I stumble, sometimes I completely fall down, but I keep right on getting back up. Live your life to the fullest, tomorrow may never come, or worse tomorrow might be monday. (shudder)

I didn't really make any resolutions but I have decided to cut out crap I don't need and to appreciate life more.
