Hair Ties
I seen several people wearing the hair ties with the hackle feathers hanging at the ends. What I was wondering about is the part that hangs down from the hair tie. Can anyone tell me are they beaded or is it wrapped in thread? If it is wrapped, what is the thread wrapped around? I'm thinking of making me a pair but not quite sure how to go about it. Thanks.
