They have jingle dress patterns, Missouri River makes them, but I've heard that their hard to follow. What I done when I made my daughters dress was I went to the fabric store and got a pattern for a straight dress, like a jumper and lengthend it and added sleeves and a zipper. It worked just fine, I do that with all my outfits, I find patterns close to what I want and alter them to make it work.

I myself have made my own pattern. It's pretty easy to have a front and a back piece (kinda like a rectangle). Be sure to make a place for your head to go thru...lol. I try to do my appliqe' work first and do the front first and then the back piece and put them together... but it really all depends how you feel and what is comfortable to you.

You can also just make a pattern off a shirt. Turn it inside out, so you get the seam allowances. And lengthen of course.
