i am 23 years old, and i have been learning how to dance jingle, my problem is getting a dress, is it ok to have someone else make your jingle dress, like the ones online.? and am i too old to learn? just wondering.

I think it is fine to have another person make your dress that know what they are doing and knows the history. I am a jingle dancer and have been making dresses for other dancer accross the USA.
