do u think a dancer's outfit/regalia reflects their dancing skills? in my opinion i doesn't. i know these girls who r pro dancerz but their outfits aren't super flashy or nothing.

yup that too...some dancers dont have lot of money to put into their dress so they just leave it very plain...and when ya think about it the original jingle dresses were very plain even after it started hitting powwows...

choices
well i tink thta type of dress that the girls have doesn't really matter i mean if a judge is judging them on their dresses then they shouldn't judge... i mean whe i got to some pow wows and the have a ol school jingle i see girls out their with flashy dresses...but i think it is just there choice....

yea they shouldn't be judgin if they're only lookin at the dresses ....
sure it's a whole package thing ... skills and regalia. but if i see a dancer with a not-so-nice dress with dancin skills opposed to one with a flashy dress - i'll always pick the one with dancin skills. but if you are a double threat - the others betta watch out .. lol. it is all about the money you need to make nice regalia - material, cutbeads, cones areexpensive especially if you don't have any money ...
