Hair Drop Question?!

I seen some female dancers this past weekend in DC that had hair drops that looked like Christmas tinsel. I loved it!! I was wondering where they got it and if you can get it in hot pink, an/or lime green? Also if known, what would you call it to do a search on different sellers for pricing? Thanks!!!
