In need of prayer....

I'm asking all of my sisters (and brothers if you read this) to please dance/pray for my great niece Kayla. She's very very sick. She's only 2 and she's a wonderful baby. Her mother's neglecting her.... we're doing what we can because no child deserves that. She's dehydrated and vomiting blood. My nephew took her to the ER and the stupid cow came and got the baby and took her home before she could be seen. We called social services so hopefully something will be done. Not everybody that has kids deserves them. They are such a blessing I can't fathom somebody abusing a child (the mother's been said to have hit kayla and knock her across the room... once that I heard). I wasn't there to see it cause if I did this 200lb 5'4'' chocolate brown sista woulda opened up an industrial can of whoop azz. I ask those of you that know the words of prayer keep her in your prayers. The mother is pregnant with another child and I'm afraid for that little one too. We're doing what we can.... we can't just take her.... but when we have her, we take care of her and give her lots of hugs, kisses, and love. My heart is just so hurt yall. What can we do besides call social services?

This makes me very sad.I will be thinking of this baby for meny days.I will pray and hope everything truns out ok.My grand son is going to be 2 years old.Babies should be in a home with alot of love.You don't know how sad this makes me feel.

Praying for both the 2 Y.O. and the unborn child. So sorry to hear of this pain and abuse. Have you got child protective services there? CPS? Or is the branch of social services? No child should have to suffer like that and the baby that is in her may be already being abused if she doesnt take care of herself and has anger issues. She should take parenting classes thru the state and get some counceling. I will pray for her healing too. Let us know how things go???

I have a few questions...
1. Do you have an alternate home to place this child in?
2. Is the child tribally enrolled?
3. Does the family want the child removed or just to help the mother with her issues?

Of course we will pray for all of you, but how to proceed would depend on the answers to the above questions. I'll help if I can SO.

Be sure to stay on CPS about this. These precious jewels tend to fall through the cracks and it's not fair to them. I don't know but what a calll to the police might help get them moving faster. It's sad to have to go that route, but it's also sad what she is doing to this little Angel.

Both children are in my prayers. And THANK YOU for being a Guardian Angel for these babies!!!!

I got a call from the investigating social worker a few days ago.... so hopefully it's just a matter of time before they do an actual check in. The mother refuses to let us know how she's doing so needless to say we haven't seen the baby since she snatched her out of the ER.

Caseloads for social workers are notoriously overloaded. Please don't let a day go by that you don't try and get real answers from the SW. Dakota offered some specific questions for your consideration and I haven't seen the answers here. Please keep the pressure on; it could make all the difference in the world. My prayers for you...
