Material for jingle dress

This is my first time making a jingle dress, I was wonderin if somebody could tell me what the best material is and a good place to get jingles

A good strong fabric, that will not rip easily, and will not make you too hot when dancing. Also remember you will be wearing a couple of layers, if you make a matching under-skirt. The best place to get a large amount of jingles from is R&V Jingles, email is:RandVJingles@worldnet.att.netpping, their shipping is free within the US. They have a website too, just search for their business name online.
