question: where can you find tassle at?

I was wondering where you can find tassle at? I cant find it at hobby lobby and walmart..only stuff I been able to find is stuff on cords for curtains and there in dull ugly colors.

some kind of fringe to go around the bottom of the dress..i'm tryna spruce up my old jingle dress!

HI, sorry, I forgot that I was supposed to reply back, Hobby Lobby has several different types of short fringe in basic colors, but it was in the ribbon section. I went to Hancock fabrics over the weekend and they only had red, blue, white, and black. Joann fabrics had some too.
