I have a question about smoking. I see Grass dancers and Fancy dancers smoking...but is it alright for a Jingle Dress dancer to smoke? I don't think I've seen a jingle dress dancer smoke so I was just kinda curious..

Smoking is a bad thing for everyone, not only jinglers.

Yes I dance jingle and am a smoker. There are a lot of jinglers who smoke. as well as traditional dancers, fancy dancers, grass dancers, chicken dancers....
Just because you put on that Jingle Dress dosent make you a perfect human being, You know what i mean? But as a jingle dress dancer, or any type of dancer for that matter, people generally try to conduct themselves in a respectful manner. Not only when dancing or dressed in their outfits, but all the time. This is kind of a general statement I guess. but you know everyone is only human.

But yea, theres no law that says you cant smoke when you dance jingle, however, as a jingle dress dancer you try dance for the right reasons.

Hehe Sweetie. I always wondered how ANYONE could do physical activity while being a smoker. I guess some girls have lungs of steel and it don't even hurt them. I think it's nasty though when I see a dancer sucking down as many puffs she can get before she has to get in line for Grand Entry. Daayum, makes my lungs hurt just thinking about it. :p
