Wanna learn Salsa or Ballroom dance for free?

Hi

I am one of those "urban indians" born and raised in the the city. Because of how i grew up I have only been learning about my tribe and my culture for the past 6 years now. I have been wanting to learn either jingle dance or fancy dance for a long time but don't have anyone to teach me. I know just about every other kind of dance in the world, Salsa, Merengue, Rhumba, Cha Cha, Waltz, Tango, Ballet, Hip Hop, and I am an experienced dance teacher. I am looking for someone in the Boston MA area to teach me fancy or jingle dance in exchange for free lessons in whatever dance you want to learn from me. NOt to be attackin ya but..are you native? I'm not a jingle dress dancer but know enough bout it, and from what I am reading from what your words sounds like is that you seem you just wanna learn it cuz you just wanna know how to do it. In my opinion I don't think it's something that you can just wake up one day and say hey I think I wanna dance jingle. Not everyone can do this cuz they think it's a cool dance. Well some people probably will think different than me. Am I making any sense? I don't know what else really to say, I guess I will leave it up to the Jingle dress dancers in here to reply more.

I believe I said in the first two sentences that I am indian. lol Second, you completely misunderstand my reasons for wanting to learn, I did not just "wake up one day and wanna learn jingle." Third, you don't know how much I do or don't know about it. Everyone i've talked to that actually knows jingle understands.

Maybe you should of read my post, THE F-I-R-S-T sentence. I-T S-A-I-D not to be attacking you. And understood it for how you wrote it. And that is exactly how I think of it. And you said I don't know how much you know or don't know bout it, then why are you on here "oh I'm a urban ndn" Only been into the culture for 6 years now. Well you said that you have been "WANTING" to learn jingle or fancy. And jingle isn't something you just wanna get up and do just cuz you wanna learn the dance. And I wasn't being defensive, I was tellin you my own opinion if you don't like it then don't post on here. You'll find everyone on here has their own opinion!

Defense is practiced when somebody's offense comes out sounding nebulous, did I make sense? You should've disclosed what tribe you're from. This makes it easier for the defensive people to decipher where you're coming from.

She said that this thread is pointless, but I think she's still reading it cuz, If you notice she changed her tribe to seminole! How many is there? I just know of one in Flordia. Now we all know what kind she is but from what tribe????? LOL
