I think I'm finally in the good state of mind to stay on my diet. I know what I need to be eating , but it's so easy to resort to chips and ice cream and all that good stuff.
But I'm on my 5th day and hoping to keep it up all month...knock on wood! |

I did 35 min on the treadmill, then abs , back , butt & legs with weights
I ate fruit veggies throught out the day & oatmeal & eggs for breakfast salad for lunch with tuna I made a low fat whole wheat chicken fettuccini alfredo 2 red peppers cut in half 1 C reduced fat or ff cottage cheese 2 Tbl chicken broth low sodium 1/2C Parmesan Cheese 1 clove of garlic minced Sea salt & pepper to tast (I don't use salt) 10 oz of frozen Broccoli 12 oz package of whole wheat pasta 2 cooked boneles chicken Breast cook peppers by roasting or steaming in microwave when peppers cool down cut in strips. In blender or food processor puree" cottage cheese and chicken broth, aprox. 2 min. mix in parmesan cheese & garlic season with salt & pepper.Cook broccoli & pasta . drain pasta put back in pan or bowl add sause chicken, broccoli & peppers add a little chicken broth to thin out sause,about 1/4 cup or less mix all together. I like to warm it a bit in the microwave for about a min serve with a side salad. makes 4 servings Calories 500 Fat 8g Carbs. 60g Protien 39g. Fiber 8g Tomorrow spinach & strawberry salad with orange poppy seed dressing

Today I put on a set of gaffs and climbed up a utility pole. For dinner, I went to a restaurant and ate a Carne Asasa dinner, 4 tortillas, 2 cokes and a basket of chips and salsa. Well, I had to offset all that physical exercise!LOL
