weight? extra poundage?
With all the diets. What is the solution? And with all the diets advertised and the media (all) with a quick fix but the side effects! Exercise, yeah right What about all the daily chores or work we do and can not be counted as some type of exercise. however depends on the person. It is portion control and How it is cooked. I work with the commodity foods program and I hear we always get blamed. But the Food Distribution is changing and is aware and working towards the best of health for all!

There are so many factors, it won't be figured out soon. Sure we gotta move and not be couch potatoes, but stress, hormones, and other things can cause weight gain. In fact our bodies are made to store fat in times of plenty for those times when food was scarce.
Portion control? Maybe, but that's what I like about low-carb eating. I can pig out and not gain. But I am giving up the trans fats and eating all my fried foods made with olive oil, coconut oil, or butter. I actually tease around about food distribution, but I've never been skinnier than when we were eating nothing but commods. |

i dont believe in the fad diets. I have been losing weight slowly but losing. I try to drink more water. I replaced my breakfast meal for a dannon. I also try to walk 30 minutes 3 times a week. The walking helps with the stress. I dont care I just go walk thru the mall. walking is good source of exercise. Its safe on the heart.
