Grandma's Delicious Lamb Stew Recipe
6-8 pieces lamb backbone 6-7 stalks of celery 5-6 medium potatoes (peeled and cubed) 2-3 yellow summer squash (cut) 2-3 green summer squash (cut) 1-12 oz diced tomatoes-(undrained) Cook lamb meat for 45 minutes. (For a reduced fat recipe, trim the fat. Taste is not reduced.) Add the vegetables and canned tomatoes. Boil the stew for about 1 hour or until meat and the vegetables are tender.
