Sometimes the upper cervical spine can cause major headaches through things such as disc derangements.

is'nt Nikken the use of magnets? I never understood why they call it technology when it's partly nuage. And the overuse of magnets can cause clots and blood pooling.

'Sinuses are a huge part of headaches. Allergy testing might be something to consider.

Good Afternoon Kneegrow_native,

Maybe this can help you...

Put some rubbing alcohol on your forehead and behind your neck. Also, you can use CM cream from Nikken products

Have you had any head trauma? ever?

I did when I was about 22....since then I've suffered cluster headaches....they are pretty damn painful...sometimes I wish I could open my skull and massage my brain. It is the Dilation of veins in my brain as opposed to constriction of veins like a migraine...or is it the other way around?? LOL...anyway, it's opposite of a migraine....I can't sleep during an episode, which can last up to two weeks. It's awful, and there really is no cure for them....going in and sitting at the ER on oxygen for about 20 minutes helps...but as for painkillers..nothing but Morphin...and unlike a migrain, there is no Aura...no tell tale signs until the pain hits...but if I can stop take morphin WHEN it hits, it breaks the cycle, and sometimes prevents the headache from lasting so long. I would consider going over medical history about this....

Migraines suck so bad.... mine get to the point where I just close myself off in a dark room and cover my head with a microwave-able heating pad. Talk about light sensitive. ugh.

SO, I feel your pain. The Botox keeps my migraines at bay until the time of my period. Now I have 2 more meds (besides the Lamictal, Remeron and Toradol) that I take the week before and the week of my period. Once in a while I have a trigger like the other week I took Singulair. I only took them for 3 days (one a day) and by the time I got to the doc to get a shot I was on my tiptoes because it hurt to walk!!!!!!!

The same thing happens to me a lot, Kneegrow. I can be fine one minute and go to cough or sneeze and pow, there comes the headache....and lasts what seem forever. Nothing will take it. I have also gone to sleep with one and woken up with it, sometimes worse than when I laid down. I don't know what triggers something like this, but it is painful. I go through headaches about everyday anyway.
