Head Staff
What happens when a committee doesn't complete a contract? The old committee was changed and it wasn't any of the head staffs fault. The changes to the new committee also changed the head staff. The posters were already sent out and although the host drum tried to explain, the new committee didn't want to hear it. They are now coming out with new posters and their new head staff. ANy comments??

I for one would consider this rude and not appropriate. The original Committee had already made the commitment with the people to be head staff. I would believe the reorganized committee should maintain the current head staff and then select the people they want the following year.
